well, the last minute eviction from my home of 3 years due to the new landlord wanting to renovate in order to get new tenants and charge 5 times as much for rent, I'm in Rosendale currently staying in my brother's room while he's off working at camp.

its illegal to evict you in such a way. your supposed to get 30 to 60 days notice. hire a lawyer or speak to someone at the college i believe they can advise you on legal issues. dan don't let this go.

i did get 30 days notice, unfortunatly that's not enough notice to find a decent place in New Paltz
